Refund policy


Helgrade will accept the return of new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all literature, documentation, original tags, hanger and poly bag.
A refund will be issued when the items are returned in “new” condition.


To exchange an item, place a new order for the merchandise that you would like. This will ensure that the replacement items are in stock and available. The items that you return will be processed as a refund on the original method of payment.


Any product worn outside, or on a ride is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to try on your products indoors before wearing them on a ride.


We will provide you with a pre-paid Canada Post return label that can be printed from any home computer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Helgrade stands behind its products. That’s why we offer a three (3) year warranty against manufacturing defects. With proof of purchase we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is found to be defective within three (3) years of the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers defects such as defective seams, snap failure and/or zipper failure. Items returned for warranty consideration must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt. Items should be cleaned before returning. Items will only be replaced if it cannot be repaired.

Items not covered by warranty:

  • Damage due to crashing
  • Damage caused by contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes
  • Damage caused by failure to follow and comply with care instructions
  • Fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods.
